Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing times may be extended during promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping is available but may be cost-prohibitive depending on destination.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Maker’s Mark Herbals is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues
After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Maker’s Mark Herbals is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
