Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final except in cases of damage or fulfillment errors.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • Your order arrived damaged

To qualify, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

Refund Approval & Processing

If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
