Our Hormone Harmony Blend is an advanced formula from the late Dr Edward E Shook. Its ingredients are: cramp bark*, wild yam*, blue vervain*, skullcap*, cloves*, distilled water, and coconut glycerin* (all ingredients with an * are organic).
Dosing is 1-2 tsp, 1-3x daily, based on the severity of imbalance symptoms. To give you an idea of how long it will last, at 2 tsp daily it should last approximately 48 days. As far as shelf life goes, keep it refrigerated upon opening it and it should be good for at least a year.
